Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics within a B2B environment
- Consistent track record building and maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and leading forecasting processes
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Demonstrated success in driving data integrity, operational cadence, and benchmark rigor across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with predictive analytics, compensation modeling, and territory planning
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI) preferred
