Find your purpose at CentraCare as a HR Customer Experience Onboarding team member in Human Resources! As HR Customer Experience you would be responsible for greeting & assisting all in person customers and new hires at our South Point HR customer service desk location, to include triage and meeting with new hires. Onboarding works in collaboration with HR Recruitment team to ensure successful pre-boarding of new employees.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Post High School training in office procedures and equipment including computers or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of HR Experience preferred.
