Your Role

You will join the sales team alongside your mentor Clémence, Head of Operations and Commercial Development and point of contact for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) partnerships.

Your role will be to support Central Test’s partnership and integration strategy with our partners while optimizing internal commercial tools, particularly HubSpot.

This is an ideal internship if you want to combine tech, business, and project management in an international and collaborative environment.

Your Main Missions

Participate in the monitoring and development of ATS integrations:

  • Conduct an inventory of existing partnerships and integrations.
  • Update technical documentation and write integration guides.
  • Collaborate with ATS partners to identify new integration opportunities.
  • Contribute to technology monitoring and mapping HR market partners.

Contribute to partnership management and engagement:

  • Exchange with partner contacts and formalize collaboration agreements.
  • Identify needs and difficulties encountered by partners.
  • Participate in showcasing integrations with the Communications team (materials, presentations, videos, etc.).
  • Track key performance indicators related to integrations and partnerships.
  • Participate in defining and implementing partner retention and development actions.

Support commercial operations and CRM optimization:

  • Assist with structuring and automating HubSpot CRM.
  • Monitor and analyze customer and partner data to identify commercial signals.
  • Propose improvements to streamline sales and customer follow-up processes.
  • Contribute to updating commercial management tools (reporting, dashboards).

Ideal Profile

  • Master’s 1st or 2nd year student from business school or university master’s program, with a first internship experience (6 months minimum).
  • You are curious, rigorous, comfortable with tech and with commercial contacts.
  • You appreciate varied and collaborative environments and enjoy understanding how the tools you use work.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and/or ATS software is a real plus.
  • You have strong professional English skills, both written and oral, to communicate with our international partners.
