Lead, support, and grow Central Valley Ag’s sales performance across a defined region by driving alignment with CVA’s mission to ‘Deliver value to our members by embracing innovation, relationships, and agronomic excellence.’ This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, coaching and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and ensuring exceptional service to member-owners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Agriculture or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an agronomy sales role
- Proven history of delivery of results
- Strong interpersonal skills, planning and organizational skills
