This role requires high standards of leading commercial partnership arrangements, driving sales for energy and energy-related services, and managing Aggregator portfolios to exceed new business growth and retention performance.

Requirements

  • Previous business development experience
  • Deep knowledge and relevant experience of managing high value customer and third-party relationships
  • Thorough and current energy market knowledge
  • Sound commercial awareness across a range of energy products & services
  • Target driven with proven ability to consistently exceed stretching targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dedication to work from home and travel to customer facing visits
  • Margin Management skills
  • Understanding of competitor landscape
  • Sales Process knowledge
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Strong networking ability
  • Understanding of commercial value of customers
  • Proposition Deployment skills
  • Solid IT skills
  • Confidence and credibility
  • UK driving licence is essential
