The role will play a key role in scaling the People Operations function and will be responsible for owning core employee lifecycle processes, leading system improvements, and driving People data reporting.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in HR/People Operations
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS and People platforms like Paylocity, Lattice, and Greenhouse
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities
- A proven track record of documenting processes and building clear, user-friendly SOPs
- Exceptional attention to detail
