Growth & Demand Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a pipeline-driven growth marketer to own Ceros’s inbound demand engine. This is a high-ownership role on a small, fast-moving team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Acquisition, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• A track record of owning pipeline outcomes, not just campaign activity.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day workflow.
• Strong experimentation instincts: you know how to design a clean test, read the results honestly, and move quickly on what you learn.
• Analytical — comfortable in GA4, Mixpanel, or equivalent; can build a dashboard and derive a hypothesis from a dataset.
