Job Title

Reporting to the Director Sales and Operations, the Sales Operations Associate is part of the commercialization team. The role is part of the team responsible for managing the packaging and sampling process of our organization. Additionally, they are responsible as part of the team to manage customer service, including logistics and consumer feedback.

This is an opportunity to learn consumer packaged goods industry in a fast, entrepreneurial environment. The individual will be exposed to many functions within CPG as well as 3rd party vendors and co-manufacturers.

The ideal individual has an entrepreneur pace at heart and open positive attitude to learn. This individual can follow direction from manager, and also has the judgement to provide solutions in getting results done. Able to adapt quickly, learn and apply is crucial to success in this role. Along with a desire to win, the candidate needs to be organized, and has a sense of urgency.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Reports to Director of Sales and Operations; constantly maintain an open dialogue on deliverables
  • Manage and maintain all sampling requirements (include gathering, storing, shipping)
  • Manage and maintain all packaging inventory
  • Manage packaging forecast
  • Procurement lead to source package options, including negotiating price and terms with 3rd parties
  • Responsible for retail audit periodically and on demand
  • Maintain master product list
  • Partners with internal stake holders including Marketing, Finance, R&D and Operations to address customer needs.
  • Work on special projects required by senior management team (20% of the time)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
