As Head of Americas Field Marketing, you’ll partner with our regional sales leaders and field teams to build and execute the complete demand generation plan for our Americas market. You’ll collaborate with our global marketing team and manage a team of field marketers who are running events, webinars, demand generation campaigns across the government, private, and commercial sectors in the Americas. The ideal candidate has previous management experience, is communicative, collaborative, and comfortable working in an ambiguous and high-growth environment.
In this role, you’ll:
- Be responsible for sales pipeline development, lead generation, and success, enabling your region to achieve customer acquisition and sales bookings targets
- Lead day-to-day management of the Americas field marketing team while also implementing career development and professional growth plans
- Develop a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, our customers, and collaborate with the team to develop local market messaging.
- Develop a strong partnership with regional leadership and work collaboratively with the rest of the product and field marketing teams.
- Understand what activities are meaningful to the business and appropriately prioritize requests from sales and other stakeholders to balance the team’s workload
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- B2B Field Marketing and Demand Generation experience to build sales pipelines
- Previous experience leading a team of high performers at a scaling company
- Experience in public sector marketing targeting Law Enforcement, Defense or Financial Regulatory Agencies OR you have had some experience working with Compliance, AML and KYC in the financial sector
- A passion for cryptocurrency or blockchain technology
- An exceptional ability to manage competing deadlines, measure and draw insights from KPI’s, and incredible attention to detail
- A geographic base in the New York or Washington DC areas
- The ability to travel for work
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all United States based job listings. We set standard base salary ranges for all roles based on function, level, and location, benchmarked against technology companies. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, relevant work experience, skillset, internal equity, and other factors, consistent with applicable law. The salary range for this position is dependent on where you live within the United States. Chainalysis maintains two pay zones: Zone 1 includes team members in the New York City metro area and team members in the San Francisco Bay Area. Zone 2 encompasses all other parts of the United States. The salary ranges are:
Zone 1: $128K -$183K- $238K
Zone 2: $112K-$161K-$209K
Base salary is just one part of our total rewards package which additionally includes equity, performance bonus or commissions for eligible roles, and competitive benefits. This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship
