As a Technical Account Manager, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to customers, prospects, and partners to help them visualize the steps to achieve their business objectives and successfully integrate, adopt, and maintain Chainalysis cryptocurrency investigation and compliance solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles
  • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting enterprise software
  • Strong proficiency with APIs, scripting, and data querying
  • Demonstrated ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
  • Proven track record of building long-term customer relationships
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Fluent in English and Italian
