Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting enterprise software
- Strong proficiency with APIs, scripting, and data querying
- Demonstrated ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
- Proven track record of building long-term customer relationships
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fluent in English and Italian
