Role Overview
As part of Chamberlain Group’s Revenue organization, this role leads the development and execution of strategic, data-driven go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that advance business development goals, strengthen partner engagement, and deliver profitable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage analytical and market insights to build frameworks and execute scalable channel strategies that accelerate new product adoption, influence customer behaviors, and unlock sustainable revenue growth focused on supporting the Retail Channel
- Design and execute GTM channel strategies for assigned business unit that achieve business objectives and drive execution in sell-in, sell-through and result in increased market share within the Channel and with customers/partners
- Lead analysis and deployment of strategic initiatives, including creating briefs, determining optimal audience segmentation, and driving execution across teams
- Measure and communicate effectiveness of programs against business goals and drive improvements based on insights
- Oversee development of value propositions and selling stories for new products that clearly articulate the business value to partners
- Manage customer/partner segmentation to group customers based on insights, ensuring targeted and effective strategies that align with channel capabilities
- Synthesize cross-functional GTM planning for new and existing products, ensuring commercialization alignment across teams to optimize revenue and margin performance
- Drive business strategy by analyzing performance, communicating insights, and providing recommendations to senior and executive leadership for channel initiatives
- Document customer growth strategies and initiatives, such as targeting new segments or managing product launches, to guide cross-functional planning efforts
- Manage Channel P&L and collaborate with cross functional partners including supply chain, product and sales operations to create and manage budget and sales forecast by segment/customer
- Analyze competitor behavior to identify opportunities for continual improvement and optimize GTM strategies
- Build strong relationships with customers/channel partners to gain deep understanding of channel needs and alignment with business priorities
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; ensure compliance across teams
- Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, and participating in professional societies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years in Sales and/or Marketing; 5+ years with focus on Retail Channel strategy and planning
- Data visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Strong financial acumen; demonstrated ability to lead change
- Demonstrated bias to action, taking initiative to solve business problems proactively and create new best practices
- Demonstrated ability for fast paced data-driven decision making with knowledge of basic statistical testing and analysis
- Ability to travel up to 30% in North America
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
- Experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry; experience with IoT products
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $123,600.00 – $199,275.00; base pay offered may vary depending on position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution are offered (all benefits subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of applicable plans and policies.
