About Change Please
At Change Please, we’re using coffee to brew up a better future. As a multi-award-winning social enterprise, our mission is simple but bold: to end homelessness. We do this by training individuals experiencing homelessness to become expert baristas, providing employment at a living wage, and supporting them with housing, therapy, and financial planning. We turn caffeine into change.
We are now seeking a dynamic, strategic, and mission-led Chief Revenue Officer to lead our revenue engine and drive sustainable growth across all channels.
The Role
The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for shaping, leading, and delivering Change Please US’s national revenue strategy. This is both a high-growth commercial leadership position and a senior steward of our impact mission—ensuring our revenue model continuously fuels transformative social outcomes.
You will oversee sales, marketing, business development, partnerships, and revenue operations. Crucially, you will help position Change Please as the leading impact-driven coffee provider in the US, scaling our reach with customers who care about exceptional coffee and meaningful change.
Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that integrates sales forecasting, pricing, channel prioritization, and customer acquisition plans across wholesale, office coffee programs, foodservice partners, and emerging segments.
- Establish measurable revenue targets and lead the organization toward ambitious growth in line with our social mission.
- Build data-driven pricing and margin models tailored to the specialty coffee and social enterprise landscape.
Sales Leadership & Team Building
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales organization with deep industry knowledge and strong alignment to Change Please’s mission.
- Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer excellence.
- Develop training frameworks, incentive structures, and performance processes that elevate both capability and impact.
Partnership Development
- Identify, secure, and nurture strategic partnerships with coffee buyers, distributors and logistics partners, workplace and office coffee service providers, retail and hospitality groups, and corporate and impact-focused organizations.
- Expand national market reach through channel partnerships aligned to both commercial value and social impact.
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Oversee the marketing function to strengthen Change Please’s brand presence in the US.
- Ensure our social impact story is authentically and powerfully communicated across digital, B2B, trade, and partnership channels.
- Guide marketing and communications strategies that differentiate Change Please in a competitive wholesale market through mission-led storytelling.
Data, Insights & Market Intelligence
- Analyse customer data, segment performance, and competitive dynamics to inform proactive and data-driven decisions.
- Translate market trends in specialty coffee, sustainability, and social enterprise into actionable growth strategies.
- Own revenue dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
Revenue Operations & Impact Integration
- Ensure revenue operations integrate seamlessly with our mission, highlighting clearly how sales directly fund workforce development and homelessness reduction.
- Track and articulate the relationship between revenue, margin, and impact outcomes — both internally and to partners.
- Build operational frameworks that support scale while maintaining quality and transparency.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Finance to forecast revenue, manage profitability, and optimize pricing and contract structures.
- Work closely with Operations & Supply Chain to improve product availability, cost efficiency, and fulfillment consistency.
- Work closely with Program Teams to align commercial growth with training capacity and impact output.
- Champion collaboration across departments to ensure unified execution of Change Please’s strategy.
Key Skills and Attributes
