We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to join our RevOps Team at ChannelEngine! ⭐ This team is responsible for driving revenue growth and operational efficiency by aligning and optimising the key functions that impact revenue: sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success. The RevOps Team brings together data, technology, and processes to enable cross-functional collaboration, streamline workflows, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue at ChannelEngine 📈
What will you do as Senior Revenue Operations Specialist?
You’ll take up a high-impact position in our RevOps team, managing and optimising various revenue-related processes and initiatives. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with our Sales and Partnerships Teams to define territories, manage sales quotas, and monitor performance against targets, all while providing strategic insights for fine-tuning. You’ll conduct regular forecasting sessions with our Sales leadership to ensure our revenue predictions are on point and manage our partner programs, including tiering, program changes, and partner payouts. As an accomplished Senior Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll also play a crucial mentorship role to the Junior RevOps Specialist within the team.
What makes you the ideal Senior Revenue Operations Specialist?
- Bachelor’s degree or similar education in Business or a related field,
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience in managing and optimising revenue processes and initiatives,
- Strong experience with Hubspot and other revenue-related tools,
- Good project management skills (able to plan, prioritise, and deliver under tight deadlines),
- A continuous improvement mindset and a keen eye for detail,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English,
- Currently living in (or close to) Leiden, Berlin, or Dublin.
