As a CRM & Sales Analyst, you will be the operational backbone of our sales team, managing CRM operations, tracking sales performance, and analyzing customer data to identify growth opportunities and retention risks.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or commercial analytics
- Hands-on experience managing a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Strong reporting and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Experience tracking sales team performance metrics and presenting to leadership
