Founding Growth

We’re a bootstrapped and profitable startup looking for a founding growth role to help us scale. You’ll work on various growth initiatives, such as paid ads, outbound infra, and partnerships, and report directly to the Head of GTM. We value high ownership, critical feedback, and customer obsession.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a growth role, startup ops, or other high-performance environments.
• Track record of consistently exceeding goals.
• Strong communicator with a deep curiosity to learn.
