Checkr is building the data platform to power safe and fair decisions. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and growth by ensuring that your customers are engaged and leveraging the full value of the Checkr solution.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of client-facing customer success/sales/account management/customer service experience
- General knowledge of software applications i.e. Salesforce, Google Apps, etc.
- Strong customer focus, you care about your customers and view their success as your own
