We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to lead and optimize the sales operations of our Commercial new business sales team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on driving efficiency and delivering impactful results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in sales operations, rev operations, consulting or similar
- Proven track record of successful sales operations management and strategy implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools and technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment.
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.
