We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Data Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines. The responsibilities include using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of audience growth strategies and identify user trends, making recommendations on segmentation, profiling and engagement, utilizing analytics tools to capture campaign & ongoing engagement data visualizations, resolving business associated challenges by performing audit on data for ‘digital briefs’, acquiring data from (primary or secondary) data sources and building and maintaining “campaign” analytics dashboards, utilizing SQL to store, process and handle and analyze structured data, partnering with Audience Specialist for data stewardship, providing support to all data analysis for overall Marketing performance measurement (ROI), identifying new process or areas for improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or other relevant fields
- 4+ years of marketing operations experience
- Experience working in a global operations organization
- Strong skills with the ability to analyze, organize, collect and disseminate data with accuracy
- Technical knowledge in database design, data models, data mining and segmentation techniques using SQL
