Role Overview
The Data Scientist will provide data-based insights and recommendations that lead to change, coordinating with the team to augment performance analysis insights for the entire agency. They will work with the executive office and operating departments to deliver key performance metric relationships and performance improvement strategies to enhance organizational performance and managerial effectiveness.
What You Will Do
The Data Scientist will identify and lead predictive analytic projects, oversee the usage of analysis systems and data needs, and establish measures to determine the success of projects. They will also perform predictive analysis, work with departments to obtain performance process insights, and develop meaningful performance metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematic, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- At least two (2) years of experience in data analysis or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
