Chief Revenue Officer

We are looking for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) who can lead, build and scale the GTM engine for RevSure across multiple revenue streams – SaaS, Services and Online. The person will have direct responsibility across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success and will play a major role in shaping the GTM motion and overall strategy including working closely with the Product, RevOps and Finance teams.

This is a great opportunity to build and scale with a category defining company at the early stages of growth and innovation. RevSure is building a Revenue Decision engine that delivers pipeline insights, guided decision making, recommendations and proactive interventions to sales and marketing leaders, so that they can achieve predictable pipeline and revenue growth. The use cases span from pipeline generation, management, acceleration to conversions – through enrichment, qualification, scoring and insights. It answers key questions for revenue leaders such as – What is the likely pipeline at the end of the quarter or in the next quarter? What is the impact of marketing on revenue? What is impacted as a result of pipeline gaps? What changes can I make to accelerate pipeline and revenue?

We are a seed stage ($4M) funded company, backed by noted VCs and angel investors. We are a 20 people team across the US and India, and are headquartered out of the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the business to scale our product and services revenue – setting and owning the GTM strategy and execution
  • Craft the strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue impact by owning the full buyer journey
  • Be the GTM Brain – work closely with product and engineering teams on Pricing, New Ideas and Strategy
  • Create detailed models and presentations for investors that help explain the company’s short and long-range strategies and operating plans
  • Build and scale the GTM team with high quality talent and a culture of ownership and excellence

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a GTM leadership role with strong performance in driving SaaS revenue targets
  • Proven experience driving GTM strategy, hiring and leading a high performance revenue team, influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Understanding of deep SaaS metrics – LTV to CAC, Win rates, Pipeline Conversion metrics
  • Experience in early stage SaaS start-ups and product-led growth preferred
  • Passionate about making a mark and thriving in a fast paced environment
