The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating functions within our organization. This executive will lead our sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and drive top-line growth through innovative strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s revenue growth strategy
- Lead and coordinate the work of sales, marketing, and customer success departments
- Work cross-functionally to create scalable revenue solutions
- Track and analyze KPIs to inform organizational decisions
- Report performance and forecasts to C-level executives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior revenue leadership role
- Background in both SaaS and B2B industries
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience aligning sales and marketing organizations
