We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead and scale our revenue operations. This executive role will drive all revenue-generating functions and oversee the alignment and optimization of sales, marketing, and customer success efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a track record of driving significant revenue growth in high-performing SaaS or B2B environments.
Responsibilities:
- Own the company’s revenue generation strategy and execution
- Lead, scale, and mentor sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Align cross-departmental strategies to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Develop forecasts, KPIs, and performance measurement across revenue functions
- Build processes and technology infrastructure to enhance GTM operations
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or revenue operations roles
- 5+ years in executive leadership overseeing multi-functional revenue teams
- Proven success scaling SaaS or B2B technology revenue above $50M+
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Experience building and optimizing GTM teams and tools
