We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue generation initiatives and drive business growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in scaling revenue operations, leading sales teams, and developing successful go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue-generation strategies across all customer segments.
- Lead, manage, and scale high-performing Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Foster alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Product to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- Own the company’s revenue goals and implement systems to track performance and progress.
- Regularly present metrics and insights to the executive team and board of directors.
- Identify opportunities for growth through new market segments, partnerships, or product offerings.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or tech industries.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise selling strategies.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
