Chief Revenue Officer

We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer with deep experience scaling go-to-market organizations and successfully building and growing teams across sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations.

As DealHub’s CRO you will architect all revenue-generating functions and teams to execute against growth goals and market opportunities. You will be part of the executive leadership team, reporting to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-year revenue generation strategies across sales, customer success and marketing through close collaboration with heads of departments.
  • Drive and increase sales and marketing processes that effectively scale customer acquisition across all channels, segments and target industries.
  • Develop and implement growth opportunities in new markets and within the base, optimize software pricing and packaging strategies and expand new product sales.
  • Drive Documentation of an ideal buyer journey for all GTM segments, uncover frictions in the journey and facilitate delivery of value for customers on-time, and at scale.
  • Scale GTM operations and build repeatable, data-driven decision making to achieve business goals.
  • Build and grow high-performing teams and optimize the performance of the revenue org.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS companies across Sales, Marketing, Post Sales and Operations with a proven track record in revenue growth.
  • 5+ years of senior management experience and excellent leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale revenue teams in similar fast-paced and competitive environments, able to execute against goals, and grow people to their full potential.
  • A deep understanding of revenue operations and how we leverage technology, resources and automation to effectively scale and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience building channel and partner distribution strategies and teams.
  • Relentless drive, strong ownership and exceptionally organized in cross-functional settings
