We’re looking to add a nimble, strategic, and operational revenue leader to our team. As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you’ll lead sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships to fundamentally evolve how the business brings in revenue. You’ll oversee a cross-functional team, define strategy and prioritization for pipeline success, and drive end-to-end growth.
The ideal candidate has scaled high-performing revenue organizations at early-stage B2B startups and knows how to build from scratch. You have a builder attitude, customer compassion, and revenue modeling chops. You want to be on the founding team of something big.
This role will report directly to our CEO and is a full-time, U.S.-based position.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own all revenue-generating go-to-market functions including sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and pricing/deal strategy
- Evaluate and evolve our current revenue strategy based on what matters most to our users, bringing insights to the team and a growth roadmap to the business
- Know what metrics matter at each stage of our customer’s journey, and how to build and report on each
- Evaluate and contribute to major cross-functional company initiatives in product, design, and delivery
- Uplevel our internal systems and process to move and evaluate pipeline and support business growth
We’re looking for someone who:
- Can scale a startup’s go-to-market function from seed stage to $50M+ in ARR
- Loves a fast-moving startup environment and the ability to innovate shared systems
- Knows how to create playbooks, but doesn’t need them to begin
- Understands how software gets built, is implemented, and gets measured
- Has excellent communication skills and is a champion of clarity and transparency
