We are searching for a seasoned Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue generation and customer acquisition strategy. The CRO will oversee all revenue-generating departments, including sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring alignment across the organization to drive business growth and market share expansion.

  • Develop and execute a cohesive revenue strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build scalable and predictable sales processes that support growth objectives.
  • Work closely with the CEO and executive team to shape strategic planning and corporate strategy.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of revenue initiatives.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats.
  • Drive alignment across departments and ensure smooth customer journey and lifecycle management.
  • Implement tools and technologies that improve efficiency, insights, and outcomes across GTM functions.
  • Hire, train, and mentor high-performing revenue teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior revenue leadership role, ideally as CRO, VP of Revenue, or similar.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and leading high-performing teams across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and revenue enablement tools.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven industries is preferred.
