Chime is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive strategy, execution, and growth for their growing lending and credit-building products. This role bridges product strategy, market experience, and storytelling to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement with millions of Chime members. The position focuses on aligning product marketing with business and channel strategy, leveraging data for insights, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years leading end-to-end product and performance-driven marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated experience building and launching consumer-facing banking or technology products
- Deep consumer lending experience, preferably at a high-growth, fast-pace consumer technology brand
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Alignment with stakeholders and production teams, minding details, organizing materials, and leading and aligning team members
- Results-driven, with a passion for using data to build marketing campaigns
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience implementing and optimizing processes to scale product marketing
