Act as primary point of contact for German OEM customers, manage and strengthen communication to ensure long-term relationships, and develop strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluency in English and German
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferably in the wiring harness industry, with proven exposure to German automotive OEMs
- Strong sales mindset, self-motivated, and result-driven
- Solid understanding of customer quotation logic and financial principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
