The Vice President of Market Development & Growth leads the development, implementation and management of CHPW’s market development, marketing, and member engagement, retention, and growth strategies and activities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in health care administration, Business, Sales and Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in product development, marketing, and/or sales leadership roles in health insurance or a similar highly regulated industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, Business, Sales and Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in product development, marketing, and/or sales leadership roles in health insurance or a similar highly regulated industry
  • Valid WA driver’s license and automobile insurance with access to a reliable automobile
