About The Role
You will be the architect of sales operations across our Marketplace and Private Office (VIP client) motions globally (EMEA, Americas and APAC) — and the Growth leadership’s primary operating partner. You will design the operating system for revenue planning, dealer lifecycle execution, VIP sourcing, and tooling that keeps GMV growing through a focus on supply quality, execution rigour and trustworthy data. This role will join the Chief Growth Officer’s organisation at Chrono24 and report to the leader for Growth Operations.
What You Can Expect
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Supply growth – partner with sales and account management to target high GMV dealers; partner with account management and operations to streamline onboarding, drive listing quality and relevance, design systems to monitor and enforce dealer SLAs; support account management to optimise dealer performance through data and insights
- Private Office (VIP) – turn high value marketplace signals into routed, qualified leads, offer normalization, partner with product, sales and operations to standardize transaction paths and flows for VIP transactions
- Planning & reporting – run the monthly GMV/revenue forecast by channel and region; maintain liquidity and supply coverage analysis, uphold a single source of truth for KPIs and definitions
- Data and tech stack stewardship – ensure effective team use of CRM, automation; maintain data and BI structure and reporting including data integrity, KPI definitions, dashboards and automated reporting. Hands-on experience with industry-leading CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot or alternatives
- Compensation & incentives – co design compensation plans and incentives tied to GMV
- Trust, safety & compliance – align with Operations on KYC, authenticity, dispute SLAs, and policy changes to protect buyers and brand
Strategic Partner to Leadership
- Executive cadence & governance – run regular forecast/pipeline reviews and prepare reporting for Growth and Executive leadership
- Budget & resource planning – partner with General Managers and Finance on headcount and OPEX planning
- Team effectiveness – optimize operating rhythms, information flows, collateral and tooling to maximize focus and execution
What Sets You Apart
- 4+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations; experience leading cross functional workstreams with Data, Product, Marketing and Operations
- Proven track record building forecasts, territories/quotas, comp plans, and funnel diagnostics; fluency in data, analytics and BI to support this
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management, incl. turning data strategic narrative and insights for sales and leadership
- Systems thinking approach to implementing effective sales and marketing data and tooling solutions; experience with implementation and consolidation of tooling as well as change management a strong plus
- Marketplace ecommerce background and experience operating with policy/legal workflows a plus
