This position supports missionary training efforts by providing operational insights to increase efficiency and effectiveness, solving complicated problems using technology, and partnering with Research and Evaluation in providing analysis and insights that help missionary training efforts scale and support the strategic goals of the Missionary Department.
Requirements
- Reports to the Manager of Analytics and Reporting in the Missionary Department.
- Provides transparency, insights, and recommendations to inform operational decision-making and planning.
- Evaluates onboarding experience and tools to effectively train leaders, tutors, mentors, teachers, and training coordinators on necessary knowledge and skills.
- Partners with MTC Research and Evaluation on key outcome efforts.
- Develops processes and reporting to measure the outputs, outcomes, and impact of training.
- May use programming languages to develop technology solutions for online training.
- May include additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
