Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10+ years of ABL experience
- 5+ years of successful experience as a business development officer for a Commercial or ABL lender
- In-depth understanding of the asset-based lending industry
- Deep referral source network with track record of consistent calling efforts
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Online prospecting tools
