Requirements
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to service provider customers, building durable, value-based relationships
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to translate customer requirements into solution designs using Ciena’s portfolio
- Deliver compelling, yet clear and easy to follow technical presentations and demonstrations that communicate both technical capabilities and business value
- Maintain strong awareness of market trends and portfolio evolution to articulate differentiated value
- Create quotes, engineering documentation, BOMs and templates for customer quotes using Excel and other tools
