How You’ll Make An Impact
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Operations to join our Business Operations team. Reporting to the VP of Business Operations, the Senior Manager of Sales Operations will lead the sales and revenue segment operations for Cin7, partnering with Marketing and Sales Leadership to run an efficient and effective data-driven growth engine. The ideal candidate will manage cross functional relationships with leaders based across the globe to drive key Go To Market initiatives and processes for Cin7.
Here’s What You’ll Do
- Own the sales analytics and reporting functions globally for Cin7 across all key sales channels, teams and products
- Create and analyze key insights from forecasts, key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics, focusing on insight driven results from data.
- Maintain high quality of data accuracy, consistency and traceability through the sales process, documenting and educating the teams where necessary on meta data and data definitions.
- Sales tech-stack ownership, SFDC CRM – Optimization, integration, adoption, training, improvements, and iteration.
- Assist in the development, improvement, and roll out of sales processes for a smooth end-to-end buyer experience.
- Manage projects, adding value and efficiency to get priority items done quickly and with quality – build reports, run analyses, build/present trainings, design workflows etc.
- Identify areas of inefficiency in our sales process and propose solutions and workflows that would resolve problems, optimize key metrics, and improve productivity
- Go to Market function on a recurring basis.
- Partner with Enablement functions to ensure accuracy in collateral, process documentation, and training efficacy
- Drive Sales Adoption – Evangelize Cin7’s sales tools to generate awareness and provide ongoing administration to keep them highly-functioning to ensure adoption of best practices.
Here’s What You’ll Bring With You
- A minimum of 5-7 years of prior experience in Sales or Marketing Operations, Sales Enablement, or another Revenue Organization role.
- 2-3 Years of People Management experience preferred.
- Prior CRM management experience. This means a solid foundation and understanding of end-user usage, automation implementation and design, and more (SFDC preferred).
- A passion for numbers and data. You should be comfortable with manipulating data in Excel/Google Sheets, using BI tools (DOMO/PowerBI preferred), and developing dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders. SQL knowledge is nice to have but not required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with cross-functional stakeholders across various levels of expertise and seniority levels, leveraging the right communication channels (e.g. phone, email, slack) at the right times.
- A process-oriented approach to workflow. You are able to leverage project management software to ensure the seamless end-to-end execution of projects and programs.
- Solution-oriented mindset. If there’s a broken process or missing information, your first instinct is always to fix the issue and your second is to figure out how to prevent it from happening again in future.
- Obsessive attention to detail. There is no aspect of a project too small to matter. You will be driving important actions every day based on what you do, so data should always be accurate and messaging should always be easy to understand.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.

$100,000 – $110,000 a year

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
