IT Manager – Sales Technology (Dynamics 365)

Role Overview

The IT Manager – Sales Technology (Dynamics 365) leads the design, delivery, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring a stable, secure, and scalable platform while driving technical excellence, team performance, and alignment with business priorities.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage technical teams supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, including development, administration, and support. Oversee platform performance, stability, security, and compliance across Dynamics 365 and related integrations.

10+ years of experience in Information Technology, 5+ years of experience in application development, and 2+ years of experience managing teams. Demonstrated experience with enterprise system integrations and platform governance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in application development
• 2+ years of experience managing teams, including coaching, performance management, and hiring
• Experience operating in large, complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise system integrations and platform governance
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to business and leadership stakeholders
