Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Account Executive to join our Scale sales team. In this role, you will be the primary driver for business growth within the SMB and Mid-Market segments. You will work in close coordination with Scale account teams and broader cross-functional to build strong relationships with local partners.
What You Will Do
Strategic Growth: Identify and recruit high-potential partners to expand market reach. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive incremental business through both existing partners and new acquisitions. Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.

Requirements
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in SMB and Mid-Market segments
- Proven track record in partner account management or channel sales
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop business plans that balance partner priorities with Cisco’s strategic objectives
