Program Manager – Security Sales Engineering PMO

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Program Manager who will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives and institutionalizing operational excellence.

What You Will Do

Strategic Program Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term objectives, driving cross-functional alignment to translate complex business strategies into high-impact, actionable roadmaps that influence enterprise-wide decision-making. Program Management: Lead high-visibility initiatives by developing comprehensive plans that proactively manage the end-to-end project lifecycle including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate will be located in Raleigh, North Carolina; however, will consider candidates in the Remote US. Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

Requirements

• Strategic Program Management: Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic program management, with a proven track record of partnering with executive stakeholders to shape long-term objectives, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead high-visibility, end-to-end project lifecycles supported by robust governance, risk
• Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
• Education: BS/BA degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in strategic program management within a global, matrixed technology environment
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced level proficiency in AI tools, Airtable, Power Automate and Power BI
