The Credit Product Sales Manager – C15 manages multiple teams and is responsible for executing functional strategy, determining approach to implementing strategy, and accountable for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation and contribution to future strategy of the area(s).
Requirements
- 15+ years commercial banking experience
- Demonstrated success driving business results through effective sales management
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams through complex change
- Proven track record of initiating, executing and growing complex client relationships
- Extensive experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Structured Finance
- Proven track record in leading and executing complex transactions
- Deep expertise in corporate credit analysis
- Experience in coaching and developing team members
