The Community Partnerships Intern will work with the OCEP team to develop and deliver communications strategies to inform staff about community engagement initiatives. The intern will also participate in an enrichment program designed to engage students in the ACS and NYC government experience.
Requirements
- Collaborate with OCEP team to conceptualize and orchestrate communications strategies
- Develop/design communications materials (e.g., PowerPoint, flyers, one pagers, etc.)
- Contribute as a thought partner in staff meetings
- Identify areas of research, and conduct research (primarily online) on noted research questions
- Attend community program site visits, meetings, and events
- Support event and training development
- Share communications materials, and provide on-the-ground support on event and training days
