Cladbe is committed to driving digital transformation in the real estate industry by merging two business models: Cladbe (B2B) – a complete Operating System for Builders and Brokers (SaaS), and Property.new (B2C) – a transparent, zero-fake-listing marketplace for home buyers.

The Role

This is an Architect-Executor role. You will design the Go-to-Market strategy for India and lead the team to execute it, acting as the bridge between Product capabilities and Market reality.

What You Will Own

  • The Playbook (Strategy): Define target segments and markets. Determine pricing models (SaaS subscriptions vs. Commission splits) and value propositions.
  • The Sales Engine (B2B): Set BDM targets, script pitches, and personally lead the first 50 critical meetings to close Key Accounts and Anchor Builders.
  • The Demand Gen (B2C): Oversee the marketing function to ensure traffic on Property.new matches inventory acquired via SaaS.
  • Revenue Operations: Own the P&L for growth and decide capital deployment across Ads, Events, and Commission kickbacks for maximum ROI.

How You Will Spend Your Time

  • Orchestrating the War Room: Monitor Growth Dashboard metrics including CAC, Churn, and Pipeline velocity. Make real-time decisions on capital deployment.
  • Leading from the Front (Field Work): Spend significant time in market (Noida/Gurgaon) closing Anchor deals with top-tier Developers and understanding ground reality.
  • The Product Feedback Loop: Act as bridge between Street and Code. Translate market feedback into product improvements through vigorous debate with Founders and Product Managers.
  • Sales Enablement and Coaching: Lead the Sales team as Captain. Run pitch reviews, shadow critical calls, and arm BDMs with best scripts and value propositions.
  • Expansion Strategy: While the team executes current sales, plan next quarter’s moves and design entry strategies for new city launches.

Who You Are

  • The 0 to 1 Guy/Gal: You have taken a product from No Revenue to PMF (Product Market Fit). You understand the chaos of early-stage startups.
  • PropTech Native: You understand the Indian Real Estate ecosystem deeply. You know how Mandates work, why Underwriting is risky, and how Channel Partners influence deals.
  • Data-Backed Intuition: You trust your gut for sales but back it up with data. You live in CRMs and Analytics dashboards.
  • Leadership: You have managed hybrid teams including Sales Hunters and Digital Marketers.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years total experience, with at least 3 years in a Head of Sales, Growth, or Strategy role in a B2B SaaS or Marketplace startup.
  • Track Record: Proven history of designing and executing a GTM plan that resulted in measurable revenue growth.
  • Noida/NCR Advantage: Existing relationships with Builders/IPCs (International Property Consultants) in North India is a massive plus.
