We are looking for a Director, Sales Operations – Platform Management to lead and scale global sales operations, enabling efficient, data‐driven revenue growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related function
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Deep hands‐on expertise with CRM ecosystems, particularly Salesforce
- Strong understanding of the Lead‐to‐Cash lifecycle, including contracts, renewals, master data, and governance
- Ability to translate business strategy into scalable operating models, delivering large‐scale transformation initiatives with measurable impact in complex B2B environments.
- Strong analytical, technical, and project management skills, with proven experience leading global, cross‐functional teams
