We’re seeking an entrepreneurially minded marketing leader who enjoys creating differentiated partner value propositions, thinks strategically about partner engagements, and delivers on business outcomes.

As Sr. Director of Solution Marketing reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will team up with partner marketing and sales leadership to define and implement joint go-to-market strategies with Claroty’s global, regional, and alliance partners.


  • Market Intelligence: Understand the market and competitive landscape and be the expert on target buyer personas, who they are, how they buy, and their critical buying criteria
  • Product Expertise: Be a subject matter expert on our product integrations with partners and articulate and demonstrate how customers would use those capabilities to drive value for their business
  • Messaging & Positioning: Create differentiated messaging and positioning focused on joint solution value propositions with channel and alliance partners that resonate with our target buyer and user personas
  • Product Launches: Work closely with other teams – product management, product marketing, and channel/alliance teams – to understand product integrations roadmap in order to craft, execute, and measure high-impact launches
  • Demand Generation: Strong alignment with the partner marketing team to help define, refine, and create assets for joint marketing campaigns with partners
  • Enablement: Train and enable sales, channel, and partner sellers to amplify Claroty’s differentiated value proposition


  • 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity product marketing with an ideal mix of technical and business background
  • Prior experience working with large global partners is required
  • Strong messaging and positioning skills and data-driven decision-making with the ability to make decisions in the face of uncertainty or imperfect information
  • An effective communicator, often and clearly in writing, in person, one-on-one, and in groups
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to interact at all levels within Claroty including executive decision-makers
  • An ownership mentality, exceptional follow-through skills, flexibility in embracing frequent change in all forms
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA degree highly preferred
  • Flexibility on travel is required
  • Prior experience managing a team is desired

Expected OTE $215,000- $240,000. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, commissions, or other forms of compensation. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside of the salary band are welcome to apply.
