As the Acquisition Marketing Manager for our Corporate business, you’ll lead the global strategy to attract employers and organizations to offer ClassPass as an employee benefit.
Requirements
- Proven success leading digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Deep experience managing budgets and exceeding lead-generation and acquisition targets.
- Strong command of marketing metrics and financial levers, including LTV, CAC, tCPA, and ROAS.
- Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and optimize the customer journey.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into insights and insights into action.
- Collaborative, curious, and energized by driving impact across teams in a fast-moving environment.
