Product Designer, Growth

Clay is hiring a senior-staff growth designer to lead a dedicated growth pod and systematically accelerate acquisition, activation, and retention. The designer will create quick wins through experimentation and build systems and patterns that make future experimentation faster, more consistent, and less dependent on bespoke design.
