The Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of business intelligence and analytics initiatives across the organization, managing a high-performing team, and partnering with business leaders to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive BI and analytics roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
- Prioritize analytics initiatives to maximize business impact and support growth.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of data warehouses, data lakes, and integration pipelines.
- Ensure robust ETL processes and seamless integration of data from multiple sources.
- Lead the adoption of advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
- Guide the team in applying data science techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Ensure delivery of high-quality dashboards, reports, and visualizations for diverse stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, data quality standards, and metadata management practices.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing BI & analytics team.
- Collaborate effectively with business leaders, IT, and other stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
