Clean Harbors is hiring a Technical Services Account Manager to drive new waste management business and grow existing accounts. The role focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, and expanding services across hazardous waste, environmental solutions, and compliance.
Requirements
- Prioritize Health & Safety by adhering to all environmental and regulatory safety practices.
- Use consultative, insight‐driven selling to educate customers on waste‐management challenges and position Clean Harbors solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive profitable growth across multi‐site waste‐management accounts.
- Analyze waste streams, regulatory needs, and account profitability to ensure proper service, pricing, and margin growth.
- Propose, negotiate, and close profitable environmental services contracts with senior operations and EHS leaders.
- Prospect and develop new Technical Services accounts using structured target analysis and waste‐stream evaluation.
