What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Oversee the entire core marketing department, driving acquisition, activation and brand positioning
  • Strengthen Clearco’s digital presence through strategic online campaigns, SEO optimization, and compelling content, maximizing brand visibility and attracting qualified leads
  • Own and homogenize the positioning and messaging of Clearco’s brand across all channels
  • Develop customer lifecycle marketing programs, enhancing retention and loyalty, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with Product to automate, remove friction, and maximize conversion through the customer lifecycle
  • Lead and grow our existing team of Marketing professionals with a strong ability to drive engagement
  • Work side by side with our product team to champion the customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Lead Marketing performance, defining KPIs/OKRs, and implementing measurement systems
  • Work closely with our GTM leadership team to drive more leads and pipeline; help optimize marketing funnel and account-based strategies
  • Monitor the success of marketing programs, campaigns, and strategic activities

You will thrive if you:

  • Possess a successful track record in a senior marketing role, preferably in the fintech sector
  • Have experience in B2B digital marketing including: SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Have experience working cross-functionally, particularly with Product and GTM
  • Have experience leading and developing a marketing team
  • Are a player coach – no job is too small, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, work with the team and get in the weeds
  • Have experience sourcing and managing marketing agencies/contractors for quality and timeliness
  • Strong analytical skills, both in modeling and measurement
  • Thrive in a data-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Are a storyteller and have a proven track record of communicating and designing a brand that enables growth
  • Have experience leading a design team, considered an asset
