Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
- Proven track record in retention, renewals, and expansion
- Native or fluent German and fluent English
- Commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Vitally)
- Self-starter mentality with ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
