Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

ClearGov is building the modern financial operating layer for the public sector. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to support the execution of ClearGov’s campaign engine.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or demand generation roles
• Strong experience executing campaigns across email, webinars, and multi-channel programs
• Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), including how campaigns are built and managed
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging marketing content
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., for copywriting, content generation, or workflow support)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and support optimization
