Job Overview

ClearPoint Strategy is seeking a Revenue Enablement & Operations Lead to strengthen the go-to-market engine by driving both enablement programs and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Enablement: Develop onboarding, ongoing training, GTM playbooks, and knowledge management programs
  • Revenue Operations: Manage forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory planning, and performance dashboards
  • Outbound Campaigns: Design, launch, and optimize sales and marketing campaigns
  • Systems & Tools: Oversee GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, sales intelligence)
  • Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and ensure cross-functional alignment
  • Insights & Reporting: Deliver data-driven recommendations
  • Culture: Foster strong team environment with high work standards

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Enablement
  • Strong Salesforce expertise
  • Experience with outbound campaign planning
  • Hands-on GTM systems and reporting management
  • Data analysis and dashboard creation skills
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
