Job Overview
ClearPoint Strategy is seeking a Revenue Enablement & Operations Lead to strengthen the go-to-market engine by driving both enablement programs and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Enablement: Develop onboarding, ongoing training, GTM playbooks, and knowledge management programs
- Revenue Operations: Manage forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory planning, and performance dashboards
- Outbound Campaigns: Design, launch, and optimize sales and marketing campaigns
- Systems & Tools: Oversee GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, sales intelligence)
- Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and ensure cross-functional alignment
- Insights & Reporting: Deliver data-driven recommendations
- Culture: Foster strong team environment with high work standards
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Enablement
- Strong Salesforce expertise
- Experience with outbound campaign planning
- Hands-on GTM systems and reporting management
- Data analysis and dashboard creation skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
